Step 1

Search & compare

Customers choose a service, enter their address, and compare available local providers by rating, service area, and availability.

Step 2

Create an account

For now, customers are prompted to sign up before requesting service so their address, contact details, and booking history stay secure.

Step 3

Schedule securely

Customers and providers confirm the service schedule, then payments and booking details are handled through the platform.

Step 4

Message after booking

Customer-provider messaging becomes available after a booking/request is created, with admin visibility for support and disputes.

Step 5

Complete the job

The provider completes the service, adds notes when needed, and can request a return dispatch if more time is required.

Step 6

Payouts and reviews

Providers are paid weekly after the dispute window clears, and customers can review providers after completed service.

Transparent service rules

Travel fees are shown as a final dollar amount, parts and materials are sold separately unless approved and added, and customers can review provider work after service completion.
